My husband and I chose videography at the last moment and we are so happy that we did. Jeffs response time was so quick before, during and after our wedding which was amazing when you need answers and feedback quickly. Jeff worked completely around our schedule and didn’t make us feel like our day was a “show” rather that he was there to document our day. He got all of the sentimental moments as well as the funny ones. He worked hard with family to recruit people to submit their messages. His assistant Christine was also very personable and did an amazing job always being right there but not intrusive. I am grateful that we chose Jeff and his team to document our day.

He captured our day perfectly, without getting in the way or filling us with demands. He had previously worked with our photographer before as well, which we loved, making for a seamless day and amazing work environment for everyone! What stuck us most — beyond his talent — was Jeff's kindness and flexibility. He really worked with us to stay within budget, know the shots we wanted, and even provide ideas as to a second videographer or extended time to capture other special moments.

The footage itself was terrific. He went above and beyond to make two special reels for us, and provide raw footage. We are so thankful that we have it — and in such a beautiful format.

Jeff and his team were great to work with on our wedding day. From the beginning we discussed packages and he recommended what he thought would be best based on the details of our wedding. The day of the wedding, Jeff was with us all day from beginning to end! He worked great with our photographer and had such a calming energy on such a crazy day. For our wedding, videography was an extra expense that was outside of our initial plans. I found Flare Productions via the knot. Jeff is very responsive and efficient in his communication and provided flexibility to add this service into our budget. There was a miscommunication on his start time. As an act of good will, Jeff provided a stream of our wedding to make up for the misunderstanding. Our wedding reels came out amazing, we were originally expecting 1 reel; however, we were able to receive 2 since there was footage that did not make it to the longer video. As a nice finishing touch, one video had our first dance song while the other had our entrance song. In addition to the reels, we recieved our extended raw footage that included everything from the ceremony, first dance, speeches, dances and cake cutting. It was great working with Jeff and his team.
