We were so lucky to have Deb come into our lives as we searched for our first home. She is one of the most hardworking, knowledgeable, positive, communicative and attentive people I have met. Deb’s intentions are genuine and she wants her clients to be completely comfortable in every step of this crazy home buying process. She will be your advocate and will go to bat for you. She was always easy to contact, and many times she would contact others (lenders, inspectors, pool companies etc.) when I couldn't get in touch to push them along to help, which I am certain is not her responsibility. We had our villa listed with the Zarghami Group | Keller Williams Real Estate for 6 months. Although they have high Google reviews, they did nothing to sell our villa. They made minimal effort and left us extremely frustrated and disappointed. We were purchasing a new build and needed to sell the villa as soon as possible. That’s when a friend of ours referred us to Deb. From the minute we met Deb we knew she was going to sell our villa in a very sluggish market! Deb took care of us and went above and beyond. She responds to all phone calls immediately and has a solution for any issues that may arise.

Are you tired of “good enough” products and services? We certainly were! If you want a realtor who “does more” - and makes you feel like your needs are priority, Deb’s your go-to. We followed her advice, and our home sold within 4 hours even though numerous others in our immediate area haven’t moved for months! Deb staged our villa just right and spent numerous hours getting the villa ready to sell with a fresh approach. Her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding.

We are very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Deb exceeded in both aspects. She set the highest standards, and truly practices “service above self.”

The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent the entire evening walking us through the “big picture.” From that point on, she was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need but needed for the sake of our sanity). Every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. Especially, because we didn’t know the questions we should be asking (dos and don'ts, for example). Deb would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. Deb set our expectations very high, but not unrealistically high, because she would meet them.

Obviously, making informed decisions is the most important part of selling a home. We truly appreciated her input and heavily relied on it. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it. However, it is crucial to keep those around who do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Deb really focused on making sure that we were satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are several things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Deb went above and beyond (as we are positive, she does with all their clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout.

Deb is a gem. We would not hesitate to work with her again or to share her name with others. My husband and I are very fortunate to have met Deb and appreciate the friendship we formed as a result!!
