Ordered tiles to do my bathroom in my new family home ready for Christmas. Was told ready to collect from 15:30pm and untill 17:00pm.

I arrived at 16:15 to be told by the lady in the showroom (who by the way was very nice) that the warehouse staff had all gone home early for Christmas and wouldn’t be back now till the new year and even though I’d already paid I wouldn’t be able to get a refund till the new year either.

So now I’m unable to tile and grout this weekend and the bathroom will not be functional over the holiday period! Brilliant!

How can you let staff go home early when you’ve got people coming for collections, especially when you’re now not in for nearly two weeks! At the least you could have left the order with the show room staff.

This doesn’t even take into account I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there, a 3 hour round trip which I’m going to have to do again in the new year!

Chris was brilliant and spent over 2 hours helping us with ideas and was extremely patient. Nothing was too much trouble thank you . Fantastic showroom. Better displays than we have seen in over Porcelanosa showrooms in the UK.

From the minute I walked into the showroom, the experience was positive with everyone I dealt with. The staff are very helpful, making really useful suggestions and very respectful of budget. Taylor du Preez was exceptional in not only her product knowledge, but also her oversight of our orders and her help when we needed it most. Would highly recommend to anyone and definitely use them again and again. Didn’t know they do kitchens too, and the most amazing flooring! Thanks so much to Taylor and the team at Warrington

Needed some tiles for our bathroom so contacted the Warrington showroom as that was the closest one to us. Spoke to Taylor who was extemely helpful, and the process from first contact to collecting the tiles was smooth and faultless. Amazing products and fantastic service.
