PRI was an amazing on stop shop for my wedding needs. We worked with Jackie who was incredible! She was professional and had wonderful ideas while keeping budget in mind. PRI did our flowers, linens, drapery and more. Everything came out perfect. I cannot thank Jackie and the PRI team enough.

Fun To Watch

I have a local production company and had to jump on here to leave PRI a review. Every time my team shows up, we always know that it's going to be a professionally run event. Their team is highly professional, very easy to work with, and of the dozen+ events we've done along side PRI, never have I ever met one person that wasn't great to work with. If you are working with PRI, you can take the same sigh of relief we do when we show up because you are in good hands!

Speaking as the bride's sister, I have attended numerous family weddings, and my sister's experience with this company was dreadful. The primary issue was their complete lack of communication regarding the bride and groom's wishes for their wedding.

Dealing with them was a constant struggle, with long waits for callbacks or any outreach. Once they received the payment, reliable communication became a matter of hope and prayer. Describing all the instances of PRI's unprofessional behavior and their on-site planner's aloofness would take forever. Shockingly, we found out she worked in accounting and wasn't even a wedding planner!

On the wedding day, the linens were wrinkled, the wedding planner had more questions than answers, and the overall production was underwhelming considering the high price PRI charged. I feel terrible that my sister felt ripped off and taken advantage of by this "wedding planning" company. Buyer beware!

Our Church, Hope Chapel Ministries, Golden Jubilee was a great success. Jackie Wing, PRI Event Producer, and her team, went beyond the call of duty in helping make our event a unique and beautiful affair.Her collaboration and recommendations for the decor were well received by all of those in attendance. We will gladly use PRI again for future events. Thank you Jackie, for a spectacular event. You have exceeded our expectations.

We contacted PRI for our multi-day music event in Daytona and they went right to work helping us! First hurdle involved permitting which they expertly navigated for us and helped us feel at ease. We had a challenging site to work with already which PRI took in stride, but when we showed up for load in, our hotel was doing serious construction overlapping our stage site. PRI still was able to safely construct the stage around this nuisance and got music playing for us that same day. Heroic effort on their end! Finally they made sure everything was perfect for our headlining artist which as anyone knows it can be tough to meet their expectations. Thankfully we did and the event was a major success.

Pricing is fair and reasonable for the level of service and quality of equipment. Some of the best speakers I have heard in a while! It really sounded amazing! Jackie and Cameron were A+ team members every step of the way.

We look forward to working with PRI again!

Planned my son's Bar Mitzvah luncheon and night-time party with PRI. They decorated and coordinated my entire event. I was very, very pleased. I worked with Maddie and she was very professional and easy to work with as well as very detail-oriented which I greatly appreciated. I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning. All decorations used perfectly established with Sci-fi theme I asked for. The evening was perfect and my son loved it. He and his friends had the time of their lives. We had all ages of people at the party from toddlers to lots of adults and even my elderly parents. Everyone had a great time. Highly recommend.
