We had originally booked 309 for our Boston wedding, but when COVID hit, were able to re-book for both our minimony and our rescheduled event. Lauren and her team were very kind, communicative, and accommodating throughout the change. Though we had a planned shot-list and schedule, when the events of the day had hiccups, the team was able to adjust (such as do family photos pre-ceremony... or take pictures in the middle of a blizzard......) and everything turned out magically! We have gotten so many compliments on our photos and we can't wait to work with the team again for our "sequel" in 2022.

When I started planning the proposal, getting a drone to capture the proposal was a distant goal I had, I was hesitant I would be able to find a drone pilot who had a permit, had good reviews, and was affordable in the Boston area. It was always something my then girlfriend (now fiancée). I worked directly with Lauren from the very beginning and I couldn't of been any happier with the service they provided. She was extremely knowledgeable about the permit application process (which was painless), discussing what my priorities were (videos, photos, candids, etc) and she was super helpful any time I had questions (which was often). Since I had already booked a photographer for the proposal, I wanted to the drone to focus more on capturing video and that’s exactly what happened.

On the day of the proposal, she finalized logistics with me early on which was really nice. When I was 5 minutes away from the proposal location, I was able to text Lauren to signal it was time to get the drone in the air and we could honestly not be more more ecstatic with the footage she captured. I feel so lucky that I'm able to look back at the beautiful video she sent over to us in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Lauren and the rest of the 309 team to anyone looking for similar services!
